Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the RelicusDigital website and services.

Last updated: 29 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the RelicusDigital (“we,” “us,” “our”) website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

RelicusDigital designs, builds, and rebuilds websites and online stores. The exact scope, timeline, and price for any project are set out in the quote or proposal we agree on in writing before work starts. That written agreement takes priority if anything here conflicts with it.

Quotes and scope

A quote is based on the requirements known at the time. If the scope changes, we will agree any change to timeline or price in writing before continuing.

Payment

Unless your agreement says otherwise, projects are booked with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid against agreed milestones. Work on a stage begins once the payment for that stage is received. Late or missed payments may pause a project.

Your responsibilities

To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, access, and feedback we need on time, and to confirm that any material you supply is yours to use.

Intellectual property

Once a project is fully paid, you own the final website and the custom work delivered for it. We may keep our own underlying tools, components, and know-how, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver our work with care and skill. Beyond what your written agreement states, the website and services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results, which depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the UAE.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
