Refund Policy
How deposits, milestones, and refunds work on RelicusDigital projects.
Last updated: 29 May 2026
RelicusDigital (“we,” “us,” “our”) delivers custom design and development work. Because each project is built to order and our time is committed once a project starts, this policy explains how deposits, milestones, and refunds work. The written agreement for your project takes priority if anything here conflicts with it.
Deposits
A deposit reserves your project slot and covers the first stage of work. Once we have started work on that stage, the deposit is non-refundable, since the time and resources have been committed.
Milestone payments
Larger projects are split into stages. Each stage is paid before that stage begins. Payments for stages that are already completed or in progress are non-refundable. You can choose not to continue to a future stage, and you will not be charged for stages that have not started.
When a refund applies
If we have not started work on a stage you have paid for, you can request a refund of that unstarted stage. If we are unable to deliver an agreed stage at all, we will refund the amount paid for that stage.
What is not refundable
- Work already completed or in progress.
- Third party costs already paid on your behalf, such as themes, apps, plugins, stock assets, or hosting.
- Deposits once work has started.
How to request a refund
Send your request through our contact page with your project name and the stage in question. We aim to respond within five business days.
